consultant, Heather Cobbs, brought to our attention the inspiring story of Frank Barham. Heather has known Frank for over four years through their mutual passion for jazz music.
Musician and disability advocate Frank Barham is a man on a mission. After a serious car accident at the age of 24, left him a paraplegic, Frank was faced with rebuilding his life. This is when music stepped in and transformed him. Frank learned to play the harmonica and found his purpose and passion for life.
He is now the man behind Wheel 2 Live, a non-profit project for disability awareness. Wheel 2 Live is one man’s journey to share good music and raise funds for those needing wheelchairs; it is designed to be informative, inspiring and thought provoking. He will raise funds May 11th-25th, 2015 along a 302-mile journey from Atlanta to Savannah in recognition of the Americans with Disabilities Act’s 25th Anniversary.
